Aquatics Membership

Membership is limited to households paying dues of the Circle C HOA.

Homeowners ONLY:

Step 1– Fill out a Resident Information Form. You may print one out or come to any Aquatics Facility to pick one up, we have installed a drop box outside the Swim Center where these forms can be returned. Please note, all residents other than the listed homeowners who are 19¬†years old and older must provide proof of residency prior to obtaining memberships. Proof of residency can be anything with both the resident’s name and the Circle C address, such as a driver’s license, photo ID, or piece of mail.

Step 2– Once your form and information have been processed by the Aquatics Staff, you will receive a Welcome email. Once you have received that email, register your account online with Daxko. This is where you can update your information should it change.

Step 3– Once that is done, stop by the Front Desk at the Swim Center to take your picture and obtain your individual membership ID card. Every member of the household will receive their own ID, however children under the age of 5 will not have their photo taken. Your membership ID card is required to access the amenities in the neighborhood. Please be sure to bring it with you every time you visit. Should you forget or lose your card you will need to purchase a new one for $3. If you would like to purchase multiple cards to use as extras you may do so. Each additional card will be $3.

Renters ONLY:

Step 1– Fill out a Resident Information Form. Have the homeowner or leasing agent fill out and sign the RENTERS ONLY portion of the form. The signature from the homeowner or leasing agent must be handwritten. No electronic signatures will be accepted. This is for authenticity purposes and will be enforced. We have installed a drop box outside the Swim Center where these forms can be returned.

Step 2– Once we have verified your leasing information with the Homeowner/Leasing Agent, you will receive a Welcome email and can then register your account online with Daxko.

Attention Renters! When your lease expires so will your membership card. You will not be able to enter the Aquatics Facilities until you provide Circle C Aquatics with a new Resident Information Form with updated leasing info. It is our suggestion that you and the Homeowner/Leasing Agent complete the new form before your lease has expired to avoid being denied access to the pool.

**While non-residents are not given memberships to the Circle C Swim Center and are only allowed in the facilities if accompanied with a resident at all times, non-residents are welcome to join Circle C Aquatics programs, like swim teams, group lessons, and private lessons. All non-residents must fill out a Non-Resident Information Form first.

Guest Policy

This policy is in place for the safety of Circle C Aquatics Patrons and their guests.

Guest Information & Waiver and Release of Liability Each guest must complete the Non-Resident Information Form in full, including an Emergency Contact and a signed Waiver and Release of Liability, before they are allowed to enter the Circle C Aquatics. If the guest is under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign the Waiver and Release of Liability before entry will be granted. A copy of the Non-Resident Information Form is made available here online, so that if a parent or legal guardian is not the one who will accompany the child(ren), they may complete, print and sign the form, and the child may bring it with them upon their visit. Guests and residents under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a guest or resident 16 years of age or older who can swim. Verbal permission over the phone will NOT suffice, a signature from the parent/legal guardian must be acquired. We will allow a guest one entry without a completed form in cases where a signature cannot be acquired immediately. After this one entry, Aquatics staff may deny admittance to the pool. At each visit to one of the Circle C Aquatics Facilities, the guest will check in with the Front Desk, pay applicable guest fees, and the staff will make note of their admittance on the person’s existing waiver. Note: All forms will be kept on file. It is the responsibility of the returning guest to inform us if any of their on-file information has changed.
