Circle C Masters Swimming Program

Circle C Aquatics offers a Masters program with adult technique and conditioning. Our program will teach you how to swim faster with less effort and incorporates drills for all four strokes into structured practices. This program is open to adults of all swimming abilities who want to increase their strength and endurance.

Non-Residents of Circle C will need to fill out the Non-Resident Information Form prior to registering for the class. Forms can be taken in person to the office, or emailed to customerservice@ccswim.net
When: Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 6:00-7:00 a.m; Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00-9:00 a.m. 
Price:
$65/month (Residents); $75/month (Non-Residents)

Water Aerobics

Water exercise is for everyone!  Classes combine various formats of water exercise to give you the most complete program possible.  Group water aerobics classes are invigorating workouts that are non-competitive and fun.  You will see improved flexibility, strength, coordination, and endurance. Regardless of your current fitness level or physical condition, we believe you will find Water Aerobics right for you! Classes are held three times a week, May through October.

When: Tuesday, Thursday 9:00-10:00am and Saturday 9:00-10:00am.

Price: $50/month (Residents); $60/month (Non-Residents)

Lifeguard Certification Classes

Circle C Aquatics offers American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification training.  The ARC Lifeguard Certification class covers the fundamental skills required of a lifeguard.  This certification is required for all lifeguards that are employed by Circle C Aquatics.  Employees, and potential employees, may take this course at the cost of the registration fee only, provided continued employment with Circle C Aquatics.

For participants applying for employment with Circle C Aquatics, there will be a 2 hour Orientation directly after testing on the last day of a session. There will be a 2 hour Training Day the Friday following the end of a session. All applicants are required to attend both Orientation and Training Day before starting employment

Price:  $225 Course Fee (Course Fee waived for current & future employees*) +$40 Registration Fee (Non-Refundable) + Additional Equipment Fees may apply.

Registration: Fill out a Registration Form  and email it to Amanda at coordinator@ccswim.net. The form needs initials next to each policy and a handwritten signature, forms without this will not be accepted. Lifeguard classes are only for participants applying to Circle C Aquatics.

Schedule: Classes are Saturday/Sunday 10am-7pm, Monday-Thursday 5:30pm-9pm. A minimum of 4 students are needed to hold a class.

Lifeguard Review Classes

(Re-Certification)

Circle C Aquatics offers an American Red Cross Lifeguard Re-Certification class  The ARC Lifeguard Re-Certification class re-certifies any ARC certified lifeguard. Please note this class is for ARC lifeguards with current certification that is about to expire. If your ARC lifeguard certification is expired, you need to take a Lifeguard Class to get certified.

All returning Circle C employees will need to participate in a Training Day. There will be a 2 hour Training Day the Friday following the end of a lifeguard class session. For Lifeguard Class session dates, please see

Volunteer Swim Instructor 

For kids 12-15 years of age. Volunteers assist the Group Lesson Instructor in implementing the lesson plans, class activities, stroke technique and improvement. Classes vary in ability from beginning non swimmers to swim team prep classes and ages varying from 3 years – 14 years. This is a great way for kids to start building a resume, get work experience and get volunteer hours for school. Inquiries can be emailed to lessons@ccswim.net.

 

Volunteer sessions follow the Group Lessons Schedule. Shifts are 3-3.5 hours in length, however volunteers can sign up for more than one shift per session. Volunteers will get multiple in-water training sessions with the Swim Instructors before getting in the water to teach. Shifts are filled on a first come, first serve basis. To ensure you are scheduled for the dates/times/classes you pick, please turn in your paperwork as soon as possible.

This program is FREE to residents and non-residents; there are no pre-requisites for this program although a passion for the water is encouraged!
