    Starts: 10:00 am
    Ends: February 6, 2016 - 12:00 pm
Location: Circle C Community Center (7817 La Crosse Avenue)
Description: Circle C Resident Ross Harrison will be hosting a free Back Health, Posture, Stretching Seminar & Light Workout at the Circle C Community Center (7817 La Crosse Avenue) on Saturday February 6th from 10:00am-12:00pm. The seminar will be from 10am to 11am and provide practical information you can start using right away to promote back health, improve posture, and loosen tight muscles, which cause more pain than people often realize. The light workout will be from 11am to noon and will definitely not be your typical workout. The focus is more educational than athletic, with the goal being to teach how to use your muscles in the most effective ways to promote overall physical health.

The seminar and workout are designed for adults of all ages and ability levels. You may either attend the seminar, workout, or both. If you want to attend the workout, please bring a mat and/or towel. You may also stay and watch the workout if you don’t want to participate. For those who attended my previous seminar, thank you, the turnout was much better than expected. Your participation also influenced the direction I am going in this seminar/workout and there will be a lot of new information. If you missed my previous one, no problem, this one is a great place to start. If you have any questions about this event, please contact Ross Harrison at (512) 820-1373.
